Users must have permission

Faith Sparks provides tools for churches and users to organize content and create presentations. Faith Sparks does not grant licenses to songs, lyrics, chord charts, photographs, videos, or other material supplied by users. By uploading, pasting, importing, saving, displaying, or exporting material, you confirm that you own it or have the licenses, permissions, and consents needed for your use.

You are responsible for complying with your church’s license terms, permitted-song catalog, attribution requirements, usage reporting, streaming permissions, and any limits on copying or distribution. Access to a webpage or source link does not by itself grant reuse rights.

Private church libraries

User-supplied worship content is intended for the importing church’s private library and authorized participants. Do not use Faith Sparks to publish or distribute a general catalog of copyrighted lyrics, charts, recordings, or photographs.

Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe material available through Faith Sparks infringes your copyright, email support@faithsparksprintables.com with:

• your name, contact information, and electronic or physical signature;
• identification of the copyrighted work;
• the exact Faith Sparks URL or enough information to locate the material;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the rights owner.

Faith Sparks may remove or disable reported material while reviewing a notice. Users may contact support for information about submitting a counter-notice. Faith Sparks may suspend or terminate users who repeatedly infringe others’ rights.

Photos and personal information

Only upload photos you are authorized to use. Obtain appropriate consent from identifiable people and a parent or guardian when required. Avoid uploading sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the service.
