Faith Sparks uses the information needed to operate accounts, purchases, generated materials, and shared worship workspaces.

Information we handle

This may include your account email and profile information, membership and billing status, content you submit, church-workspace membership, saved services, WeekFlow family labels and weekly planning details, uploaded media, product feedback, and basic security and usage logs. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored by Faith Sparks.

How information is used

We use it to provide and secure the service, save your work, process requests, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Workspace content is shared with other members of that workspace according to their role.

Service providers and retention

Hosting, authentication, storage, payment, and generation providers may process data on our behalf. We retain information while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal requirements, and maintain reasonable backups. Workspace owners can delete library content and may delete a non-default church workspace from the Worship page. A signed-in WeekFlow adult can download an account backup and delete saved weeks, templates, and the active cloud plan from the WeekFlow workspace.

Measurement and cookies

When enabled, our measurement tools may receive browser and device information, page or button events, and a one-way hash of a signed-in email so we can understand whether the service is useful. We do not intentionally send child names, Scripture selections, church lyrics, schedules, drawings, or generated documents to advertising measurement tools. Browser privacy settings and content blockers may limit this measurement.

Your choices

Avoid uploading sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and authorized. You may request access, correction, or deletion through Support. Some records may be retained when required for security, payment, or legal reasons.

Children

The service is intended for adults creating materials or plans for families, churches, or classrooms. Children should not create accounts or submit personal information directly. WeekFlow planners should use simple event labels and avoid diagnoses, medical details, or other sensitive information about a child.
